At the request of our clients and in order to provide an invaluable ‘snapshot’ of the present vertical distortion in a structure, we utilise a plumb bob (in accordance with BRE guidelines) to establish the respective deviation from vertical.

Where a more advanced survey is required with the opportunity of on going monitoring, we are able to utilise specialist equipment to provide a highly accurate vertical position of the structure detailing relative movement over time.
