MHN Ltd was established In April 2007 to provide a much-needed simplistic approach to completing surveys for the property industry.
Our customer focused approach and unrivalled fixed fee solutions have established us as the leading provider of Monitoring Services to the subsidence insurance sector. We specialise in undertaking precise level monitoring, crack monitoring, distortion and verticality surveys to residential and commercial properties.
We are very pleased to have recently introduced our ‘fixed fee’ approach to administering the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 on behalf of our clients.Our team has been accredited and operate as members of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, dealing with everything from serving notice to agreeing an Award.
